Antoine Weber acts as counsel in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings and as secretary to arbitral tribunals. He also has experience in appeals before national courts for the annulment of arbitral awards.

Antoine has been involved in numerous arbitration proceedings under the auspices of various arbitration centers, such as the ICC, ICSID, SCC, CMAP, as well as before ad hoc tribunals. He has experience in many sectors, including energy, mining, pharmaceuticals, construction, distribution, and international trade.

Before joining the firm, Antoine worked for several years as an associate at a large international law firm (Dentons) and at a leading Parisian boutique specializing in international arbitration (Honlet Legum Arbitration).

Antoine teaches arbitration law at the Paris Bar Training School.

Antoine works in four languages: French, English, Spanish, and Bulgarian.

Counsel for a Canadian mining company (claimant) in an ICSID arbitration against the Republic of Colombia concerning the operation of a gold mine.

Advised several European insurance companies in ICC arbitration proceedings valued at €40 million against a Middle Eastern construction company concerning the liability of a subcontractor in connection with a construction project in the Middle East.

Advising an Indonesian oil company (defendant) in ICC arbitration valued at US$40 million against an African national oil company in relation to an oil exploration project.

Advising a mining company and its French subsidiary (claimants) in ICC arbitrations relating to post-merger disputes.

Advising an oil company (claimant) in ICC arbitration proceedings valued at US$12 million, sitting in Paris and governed by Tunisian law, relating to an oil sale and purchase agreement.
