Clay Arbitration is an independent boutique law firm dedicated to the activities of arbitrator, legal advice, and consultancy in domestic, international, investment and sports arbitration.

Clay Arbitration members are appointed as arbitrators, both as President - or Sole Arbitrator - or co-arbitrators.

They also directly represent the interests of companies and States in arbitration and judicial proceedings or in negotiations. Clay Arbitration members may additionally be designated as co-counsels by law firms wishing to call upon its recognized expertise in international arbitration.

Finally, in proceedings involving complex legal concepts, Clay Arbitration members regularly act as legal experts and provide legal opinions which they then defend in Court.
