Clay Arbitration is always open to applications from interns with excellent academic and professional references. Internships generally last six months and begin in January and July of each year. Applicants are advised to apply well in advance and indicate their preferred internship dates in their application.

The firm does not recruit Professor Clay's students who are enrolled in the same academic year as the requested internship.
